01. Original Passport with validity not less than 18 months from the date of entry, previous passport must be attached if any

02. Copy of Pakistan National Identity Card (CNIC) and B’ Form of children - (A4 size)

03. 03 latest passport size photographs (white background color)

04. Bank statements of the applicant for the last 6 months with minimum balance equal to US$ 2,000, printed by the bank not less than 5 days before the date of submission

05. Employment letter stating the name, position, salary, profession or type of skill (if there is any) from the company (if there is any)

06. Covering letter address to Consulate General
