02. Copy of Pakistan National Identity Card (CNIC) and B’ Form of children - (A4 size)

03. 2 Photographs (3.5 x 5.0 cm) White Background Met-finish (clear photo, forehead must be visible)

04. Bank statement of last 6 months along with account maintaining certificate and contact details of signatory

05. Letter from your present employer bearing your job position, duration of service and salary, if business then covering letter on letterhead

06. Covering letter address to Consulate General
